By ordering from Luxury Wigs Outlet (LWO) you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the following Policies.
* Refunds, Returns & Exchanges: Luxury Wigs Outlet does not offer refunds and exchanges. Howerver, Luxury Wigs Outlet will accept returns only if the return is a result of Luxury Wigs Outlet error and will issue an exchange or full refund (your preference). Luxury Wigs Outlet does not accept returns after 5 business days. All products must be returned in its original condition. All returns must be unused and must not contain any odors or any sign of manipulation. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual price of the goods.
* Items: LWO does its best to show true color tones, fullness, body and style of all wigs, but due to individual computer monitor settings there may be a slight difference in colors and tones. Length of wigs are measured from nape down.
All wigs size are One Size Fit Most unless noted otherwise. Each wig has adjustable straps and or combs installed. Some wigs tags & labels are removed from items to prevent in-store returns.
* Privacy: Luxury Wigs Outlet is extremely committed to keeping your personal information Private & Secure! Luxury Wigs Outlet does not sell, rent, share, exchange, or give any of your personal information to any other party. When you place an order any information you provide to Luxury Wigs Outlet is solely held and used to process your order. Occasionally LWO may notify you about New Items, Special Promotions and Clearance Items which are sent solely from Luxury Wigs Outlet. * Payment: Payment must be made at point of ordering via PayPal. Luxury Wigs Outlet accepts PayPal payments and

* Packaging: Wigs are packaged with hair nets and placed in boxes to help maintain style and for protection during shipment. Orders are discreetly shipped in plain packages.
* Orders: All orders must be placed via Luxury Wigs Outlet website. Orders are not accepted via phone, email or by messages. When you place an order for product(s) you are offering to buy at the price stated, under Luxury Wigs Outlet Policy. After placing an order you will receive two emails from PayPal, one confirming that your order and payment is received and the second email(usually within 24-72 hrs) will include your order tracking number.
* Shipping: Order Processing & Delivery times are given for guidance only and are not guaranteed. The choice of courier service is at Luxury Wigs Outlet discretion. Typically order processing can take up to 24-72 hours. Luxury Wigs Outlet ships by USPS Mail, excluding Weekends and Holidays. Although these occurences are rare, you agree that Luxury Wigs Outlet will not be held responsible for carrier delays or natural disasters delays. Once Luxury Wigs Outlet submits your package(s) to the United States Postal Service Luxury Wigs Outlet (LWO) will not be responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, late shipments or damaged packages. All orders are mailied to verified PayPal addresses only and require signature delivery confirmation upon receipt! In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to Luxury Wigs Outlet there are two options:
The package can be dispatched again upon payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus a $25 per wig restocking fee.
* Taxes: Luxury Wigs Outlet is required by law to collect 7% sales tax for items shipped to the State of New Jersey.
