You will need to wear a mask to enter the store. Upon entering, a store associate will guide you through a quick check in. Friends and relatives are asked to wait in the waiting area. If you are bringing your child, we ask that you monitor your child at all times as we would not want kids running throughout the store and possibly hurting themselves or playing with items.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality service to all our customers in a timely manner. We realize that there can be some unexpected things that can come up in our lives. While truly sympathetic, when someone cancels without giving us enough notice, they prevent another person from having that appointment. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before your appointment time a $50 fee will be required for a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
