Service Description
Professional washing and conditioning help keep your wig, topper, or hairpiece looking fresh, feeling soft, and ready for everyday confidence. Same-Day Wash & Condition Service: For same-day service, hairpieces must be dropped off by 1:00 PM at the latest. Pickup is available as early as 6:45 PM the same day (please do not arrive earlier).
Cancellation Policy
Luxury Wigs Outlet Maintenance Policy: At Luxury Wigs Outlet, we are committed to providing professional maintenance services to help keep your wig, topper, or hairpiece looking its best. Before Your Appointment Please schedule your maintenance service in advance. Same-day service is available for an additional $10 fee and requires drop-off by 1:00 PM. Earliest pickup is 6:45 PM. Inspection Each item is inspected upon arrival. If additional services or repairs are recommended, we will discuss available options with you before proceeding whenever possible. Pricing Maintenance prices are based on the requested service and the condition of the item upon inspection. Heavily tangled, excessively worn, or extensively altered pieces may require additional labor and charges. Alterations & Repairs Services such as clip installation, styling, repairs, or other modifications are performed at the client's request. While every effort is made to preserve the integrity of your hairpiece, Luxury Wigs Outlet is not responsible for pre-existing wear, previous alterations, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from normal use. Pickup You will be notified when their item is ready for pickup. Same-day services dropped off by the required time may be picked up as early as 6:45 PM.
