During the booking process, you'll answer a few short questions about your desired hair color, length, type, and style preferences. This allows us to curate hairpieces in advance that closely match what you're looking for. While we may not always have the exact match, your answers help us present similar options tailored to your needs, making the most of your time with us.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Full payment is required at booking to confirm your consultation. Video: $79.99 | Phone: $49.99 You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-answers are non-refundable. We will call you at the exact time you selected during booking. If you do not answer, we will make up to 5 call attempts within your scheduled time. If you do not answer after these attempts, the session will be marked as a missed appointment, and payment will be forfeited. A new consultation must be booked. If we must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days. Video calls are held via FaceTime or WhatsApp. Phone consultations are done by direct call. Any Questions?
