When you purchase an item you will receive an email confirmation verifying that we have received your payment. Please allow one business day to process your order prior to shipping (except holiday and weekend) Once order processing is complete, we will email you the USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail shipping tracking number.

Please note signature confirmation will be required (you will have to sign for your package when your mail carrier delivers it to you) We are not responsible for late arrivals due to weather conditions, holiday delay, incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Due to the nature of this product and sanitary/health concerns, there are no returns/exchanges. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please call or send us a message 1-201-880-4488 and we will contact you within normal business hours.

Please note unless we sent you an incorrect item, refunds and exchanges are not honored. In the rare event you received the wrong item (as a result of our error) call us immediately at 1-201-880-4488 for a (RAC) Return Authorization Code, you will need this code to process the return. You must return the item back to us within 10 business days from the date the order was delivered. Returns without authorization code, original packaging and all accessories will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. All returned items must be in new, unworn and original condition with tags still attached. Returns that do not follow this policy will not be approved and no refund will be provided. Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund with return shipping fee to your original form of payment.
